Amex Exploration Intersects 32.91 G/T Gold Over 6.40 Metres At Perron

Amex Exploration Inc. (TSXV: AMX) this morning reported further results from drilling at the High Grade Zone of the Eastern Gold Zone on the Perron Gold Project. Highlight results from the program include 32.91 g/t gold over 6.40 metres.

The results come from an exploration program that’s been focused on definition drilling of the High Grade Zone, as Amex works in the direction of the company’s initial resource on the Perron Project. While the company has indicated that it is waiting on over 22,000 samples from its drill programs at the HGZ, Denise, and Grey Cat Zones, the firm reported just two drill hole results this morning, including:

  • PE-21-301: 27.06 g/t gold over 8.85 metres at a depth of 1054.40 metres
  • PE-21-321: 32.91 g/t gold over 6.40 metres at a depth of 149.6 metres

Additional assay results due to be received by the company reportedly include 13 drill holes that contained visible gold within the HGZ zone. Additional assays remain outstanding from regional drilling as well.

Amex Exploration Inc. last trade on the TSX Venture at $2.61.
