Antimony Resources (CSE: ATMY) has received further assay results from a drill program conducted at their flagship Bald Hill Antimony Project in New Brunswick. A total of five holes saw their assays released this morning, with the company continuing to intersect high grade antimony bearing stibnite.

Highlights from the results include:

  • BH-25-05: 1.1% antimony over 14.5 metres from a depth of 108.8 metres
    • Including 3.25% antimony over 2.8 metres
  • BH-25-08: 14.91% antimony over 3.0 metres from a depth of 88.8 metres
    • Including 28.76% antimony over 1.7 metres
  • BH-25-09: 9.85% antimony over 4.3 metres from a depth of 13.6 metres
    • Including 18.19% antimony over 1.8 metres

“We are very pleased with the assays returned for these drillholes We are anxiously awaiting the next batch of assays. I have visited the project and examined the sections of massive antimony stibnite in the drill holes. It is easy to see the mineralization when encountered in the drilling and anticipate excellent assay results,” commented Jim Atkinson, CEO of Antimony Resources. “The results obtained in these first samples have increased our confidence in the validity of the previous drilling results and will assist in establishing the drill hole density we will need for a Mineral Resource.”

The 2025 exploration program saw a total of 3,150 metres of drilling completed, 650 metres more than the initially planned 2,500 metre program. Additional drilling extended the drill tested area to the southeast, where stibnite bearing breccia was intersected. Antimony-bearing stibnite has now been identified in surface outcroppings by at least 300 metres to the southeast beyond original drilling.

Assays remain outstanding for the remaining drill holes and are expected to be received over the next three to four weeks. A total of 16 drill holes were completed under the program.

A historical technical report completed for the Bald Hill project had identified the potential for between 705,000 and 1,000,000 metrics tonnes at grades between 4% and 5% antimony exists at the property.

Antimony Resources last traded at $0.215 on the CSE.
