CloudMD Software & Services (TSXV: DOC) has released preliminary third quarter financial results this morning. The quarter is said to mark the first quarter that full recognizes financial results of several recent acquisitions.
Revenue for the three month period ended September 30, 2021, as a result is expected to be between $38 million and $40 million. The company also expects to post positive adjusted EBITDA as well.
Further, the company has indicated that its annualized revenue run rate has increased to $155 million from that of $140 million.
