Galantas Gold Assays 7.4 G/T Gold Over 6.9 Metres True Width At Omagh Project

Galantas Gold Corporation (TSXV: GAL) released today drill results from a single hole out of its ongoing 4,000-metre drilling program at Omagh project in Northern Ireland. The assay result yielded 17.4 g/t gold over 6.9 metres true width at 71 metres vertical depth.

The hole FR-DD-21-175 was drilled from the surface and targeted the Joshua vein. Summary of the single hole’s assay result include:

  • FR-DD-21-175: 17.4 g/t gold, 74.6 g/t silver, and 1.9% lead over 6.9 metres true width
    • including 25.3 g/t gold, 108.4 g/t silver, and 2.9% lead over 4.5 metres true width

The mining firm reported a batch of assay results in December 2021 from the project, highlighting a similarly mineralized drill result from hole FR-DD-21-171 intersecting 10.1 g/t gold, 93.5 g/t silver, and 3.4% lead over 4.3 metres.
