Goldstorm Metals (TSXV: GSTM) has intersected more than 400 metres of continuous gold-silver mineralization in its first drilling at the Crown property in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, with assays now in from three of the seven holes completed this season.
The headline result came from hole OR-26-03, which returned 0.39 g/t gold equivalent over 407.55 metres. A higher grade section near the top of that interval delivered 2.89 g/t gold equivalent over 15 metres.
Highlights include:
- OR-26-03: 0.39 g/t gold equivalent (0.11 g/t gold, 18.3 g/t silver) over 407.55 metres from a depth of 114.45 metres
- Including 0.43 g/t gold equivalent (0.14 g/t gold, 18.7 g/t silver) over 300.0 metres
- Including 1.97 g/t gold equivalent (0.28 g/t gold, 111.5 g/t silver) over 25.5 metres
- Including 2.89 g/t gold equivalent (0.37 g/t gold, 166.7 g/t silver) over 15.0 metres
- Including 1.97 g/t gold equivalent (0.28 g/t gold, 111.5 g/t silver) over 25.5 metres
- And 1.63 g/t gold equivalent (0.25 g/t gold, 90.6 g/t silver) over 6.0 metres from a depth of 474.0 metres
- Including 0.43 g/t gold equivalent (0.14 g/t gold, 18.7 g/t silver) over 300.0 metres
- OR-26-02: 0.80 g/t gold equivalent (0.02 g/t gold, 51.5 g/t silver) over 13.9 metres from a depth of 325.1 metres
- Including 2.07 g/t gold equivalent (0.02 g/t gold, 135.5 g/t silver) over 3.7 metres
Silver accounts for most of the grade. Gold across the full OR-26-03 intercept averaged 0.11 g/t, while silver values climbed well above 100 g/t in the better sections. The first hole, OR-26-01, was lost after hitting a large void at 98 metres and returned no significant values.

The 4,155.5 metre program tested part of the Copernicus geochemical trend, which overlaps a 1.2 kilometre induced polarization chargeability anomaly. Mineralization sits within heavily silicified felsic volcanic rocks along the western edge of that anomaly, and true widths have yet to be determined.
“I am very pleased to announce that Goldstorm’s preliminary drilling program has discovered a very large precious metals system that appears to be on trend with the KSM and Treaty Creek deposits to the north,” said President and CEO Ken Konkin.
The company’s geologists believe a porphyry-style intrusive source may sit deeper in the volcanic sequence, pointing out that the mineralized horizons at KSM and Treaty Creek occur well below the elevation of the drilled Orion Spine area.
Results from the remaining four holes are pending.
Earlier this month, Goldstorm reported surface grab samples of up to 155.76 g/t gold from a newly found structure on the High North claim, where a drill pad has already been built. The company is planning an expanded drill program at Crown for 2027.
Goldstorm Metals last traded at $0.15 on the TSX Venture.
