Great Bear Releases Further LP Fault Results, Highlights 10.50 G/T Gold Over 13.1 Metres

Great Bear Resources (TSXV: GBR) this morning announced further results from its ongoing drill program of its Dixie Property in Red Lake, Ontario. Today’s results come from the LP Fault zone on the property, with highlight results including 10.50 g/t gold over 13.1 metres.

A total of thirteen drill holes saw their data released this morning, all of which were focused on infill drilling. Drilling was conducted along 1.7 kilometres of strike length, where the fault was intersected at depths of up to 500 metres. Drilling was focused between 75 and 100 metre undrilled gaps as well as below previous drilling.

Highlights from the results include:

  • BR-284: 11.18 g/t gold over 6.75 metres at 524.20 metres
  • BR-291: 1.00 g/t gold over 96.10 metres at 477.00 metres
  • BR-272: 10.50 g/t gold over 13.10 metres at 313.20 metres
  • BR-247: 16.50 g/t gold over 6.25 metres at 365.00 metres

The company currently expects a further 117 drill holes to be conducted within the LP Fault this year, bringing total holes drilled on the zone to 400 by the end of 2021. The zone remains open in all directions.
