GTEC Holdings Announces Move To TSX, Rebranding Of Company

GTEC Holdings (TSXV: GTEC) last night announced that it is looking to refresh its image. The company is rebranding itself, in combination with the firm moving to the TSX big board.

The firm is slated to move from the TSX Venture to the Canadian big board on July 12. The move is being conducted to provide the firm “with exposure to a broad new investor base that will enhance the liquidity of our common shares and warrants.” In connection with the move, the firm is to also rebrand itself as Avant Brands as it looks for a fresh start on the big board.

The rebrand is set to occur on July 12, concurrent with the firms uplisting. The change is being done to “further align and strengthen the Company’s identity.” The firms ticker symbol is also expected to change as a result, with the firm to now trade under the symbol “AVNT”, effective as of the open on the twelveth.

GTEC Holdings last traded at $0.62 on the TSX Venture.
