Pelorus Equity Group is a cannabis focused investment firm that offers both debt and equity solutions. The firm currently has over $1.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions currently funded, while providing solutions for projects where traditional capital is difficult to access. The Pelorus Fund, one portion of the firm, acts as a secured debt fund for cannabis facilities which targets an IRR of 15%.
