Outcrop Gold (TSXV: OCG) last night announced that it will be conducting an at-the-market financing. The company is looking to raise gross proceeds of $5.0 million via the offering.
The offering itself is to be lead by Research Capital Corporation, whom will be facilitating the raise on the TSX Venture. The raise will not be conducted via the firms US-listing.
The program is set to be effective as of the start of trading today, and extend until either the full $5.0 million in gross proceeds are raised, or until the firms base shelf prospectus expires. Given the nature of the program, its currently unknown how many shares are to be sold under the offering, with shares sold at prevailing market prices.
Proceeds from the financing are to be used for general corporate purposes and the advancement of the firms Santa Ana Project.
Outcrop Gold last traded at $0.26 on the TSX Venture.
