Outcrop Gold Strikes 0.95 Meters Of 69.6 G/T Gold, 5,550 G/t Silver At Santa Ana

Outcrop Gold Corp (TSXV: OCG) this morning released assay results from its ongoing drill program at its Santa Ana project in Tolima, Colombia. A total of fourteen holes have been drilled to date, of which nine have seen results released. The remaining five holes have assays pending.

Highlights from the assays released this morning, include drill hole SAMP20DH29, which posted 10,784 grams per tonne silver equivalent over 0.95 meters. The hole was comprised of 69.6 g/t gold, 5,550 g/t silver, along with 2.53% lead and 3.15% zinc. The drill result came from Megapozo, with mineralization remaining open in all directions.

A second drill hole at this zone resulted in 1,647 g/t silver equivalent over 1.20 metres, including 0.73 metres of 2,490 g/t silver equivalent.

Separately, at the Roerto Tovar target, drilling intercepted 3.04 meters of 1,763 g/t silver equivalent via a high grade shoot which was previously reported. A second rig has now been mobilized to the area for further drilling, with Outcrop indicating that it intends to offset and extend the shoot. Bulk mineralization has been discovered at this zone, with three veins being close together.

While results posted this morning for holes 29 and 30 hosted excelennt results, drill results from holes 26, 27, and 28 resulted in no significant intercepts. Drill holes 31 through to 35 currently have assays pending, with the company only having drilled 4,128 of the planned 12,000 metres.
