PowerBand Solutions Appoints Jon Lamb CEO Of Musa Holdings

PowerBand Solutions (TSXV: PBX) this morning announced a management change. The firm has seen the appointment of Jon Lamb, formerly the president of DRVRZ US, to the role of CEO of MUSA Holdings.

Originally joining PowerBand in January of this year, Lamb has quickly demonstrated his ability with the firm, thus his promotion to the role of CEO of the MUSA subsidiary. Commenting on the appointment, Kelly Jennings, CEO of PowerBand, stated, “Jon is an extraordinary executive, and as demonstrated in his role as President of DRIVRZ™, his vision and experience will greatly benefit our leasing strategy and will prove to be key to successfully solidifying Powerband’s vision for the DRIVRZ™ solution.”

Lamb is an experienced executive, having served as CEO of a number of tech-focused firms including Brickell.IO, Hundy Inc, Transparent AI and more, while also being a patent author and investor. He also currently serves as an active board member to several ad tech and fintech firms, while operating a private equity and advisory firm in Miami.

PowerBand Solutions last traded at $0.93 on the TSX Venture.
