Pure Extracts Inks Cannabis Concentrate Distribution Deal With Canada House Wellness

Pure Extracts (CSE: PULL) has inked a distribution for its cannabis 2.0 products. The company has partnered with that of Canada House Wellness (CSE: CHV) for the distribution of these second generation cannabis products.

Under the terms of the arrangement, Abba Medix, whom is a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada House Wellness, will distribute concentrate products produced by Pure Extracts through established distribution channels. The arrangement is expected to speed the go-to-market strategy for Pure, whom is currently awaiting its sales amendment application to be approved.

Commenting on the arrangement, Canada House CEO Chris Churchill-Smith stated, “We’ve been extremely impressed with the Pure Extracts team and the brand presence they have established, particularly in the western provinces, and are looking forward to supporting their commercialization efforts in a mutually beneficial way.

The arrangement is to see the distribution of both full spectrum oil vape products, as well as edible products manufactured by Pure Extracts, such as the recently announced arrangement with that of US-based Taste-T and their Fireball cannabis gummies. Financial aspects of the arrangement were not released.

Pure Extracts last traded at $0.73 on the CSE.
