Relay Medical Forms Clinical, Strategic Advisory Boards

Relay Medical (CSE: RELA) early this morning announced that it has formed strategic boards to assist the company in the areas of regulation, finance, and commercial strategies. The two boards, referred to as its Clinical and Strategic Advisory boards, will be utilized by the company as Relay looks to advance its commercial activities and enter the market with multiple products.

The firms clinical advisory board has seen five individuals appointed to the board, four of whom are notably doctors. The appointees, Dr Murray Berall, Dr Tejal Patel, Dr Michael M Greenberg, Dr Michael Varenbut, and Philipp Stucklin, have significant experience in the healthcare space with wide ranging experiences. For instance, Berall is a Nephrologist and Sleep Medicine Specialist, having assisted in the development of the Dialysis at Humber River Hospital, while Dr Patel is an expert in the field of neurological conditions, whom focuses her time as a clinical associate professor at the University of Waterloo.

Dr Greenberg meanwhile, is the founder behind Fio Corporation and currently leads the firms joint venture, Fionet. Varenbut comparatively is experienced in the field of Sleep Medicine, while also holding an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. Stucklin, the only non-doctor on the clinical advisory board, is highly experienced in medical device development projects, being a senior systems engineer.

Comparatively, Relay Medical’s Strategic Advisory board consists of five individuals with wide ranging experiences. The members, Colin Greenaway, Barak Carmon, Robert Carducci, Robert Cash and Shlomit Dekel come from various sectors from which they’ve gained notable experiences. Greenaway has 37 years of policing experience, and has spent his career focused on public health and safety. Carmon meanwhile has focused his last thirty years on being an entrepreneur within the technology sector, while being the managing director of JBCI Holdings.

Carducci. comparatively, is a seasoned marketing executive, whom was involved in building brands such as Delissio, Drumstick, Smarties and KitKat. Cash, whom is CEO of Skye Capital, is experienced in the area of syndication, ownership, management, and development of business. Finally, Shlomit Dekel is President of Fio Corp, having cofounded the company with Dr. Greenberg.
