Flowr Corp Continues To See Executive Team Members Depart Company

The Flowr Corporation (TSXV: FLWR) continues to see members of management jump ship as the company struggles to find a path forward. The firm this morning indicated that two of its independent directors have resigned from the board.

Leaving the board is Maurice Levesque, whom is lead independent director for the company as well as the chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and also sits on the Audit Committee and Human Resources and Compensation Committee. Also departing is Don duet, whom sits on the same three boards, chairing the Human Resource and Compensation Committee.

The departure of the two directors follows Darryl Brooker resigned as CEO of the company in March, following which Tom Flow was appointed as interim CEO. The firms CFO, John Chou, also recently left the company in May, citing medical reasons.

The Flowr Corp last traded at $0.03 on the TSX Venture.
