Trillium Gold Mines (TSXV: TGM) continues to strengthen its team. The firm this morning announced the appointment of Rohan Hazelton to the role of senior financial advisor for the company.
Under his new appointment, Hazelton appears to be a core member of the team tasked with assisting in building value at Trillium’s large position in the Red Lake Mining District. Hazelton is highly experienced in the financial world of the mining industry, having most recently served as the VP of Strategy for Wheaton River/Goldcorp after obtaining progressively senior roles with the company.
A graduate of Harvard University in applied mathematics and economics, Hazelton has been involved in long term strategic planning, restructurings and financial analyses for M&A transactions with a combined value of over $20 billion.
Trillium Gold Mines last traded at $1.53 on the TSX Venture.
