Vizsla Silver To Uplist To Toronto Stock Exchange
Vizsla Silver (TSXV: VZLA) on Friday indicated it has received conditional approval to up list to the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The company has said it will continue to trade under the symbol “VZLA” once the uplisting is completed, with final approval remaining subject to certain customary conditions being met. A final date for the uplisting has not yet been provided, with an announcement to be made at a later date.
The uplisting will not impact its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Separately, Vizsla also indicated that it sold 3.9 million common shares on the market during the three months ended October 31, 2024, via an at-the-market financing. The sales are said to have generated gross proceeds of US$8.5 million for the silver explorer. The ongoing program allows the company to sell up to US$100 million via the sale of shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
Vizsla Silver last traded at $2.83 on the TSX Venture.
