Voyager Digital Ltd. (CSE: VYGR) is partnering with Market Rebellion to operate a new entity focused on providing online brokerage services for equities, options, and futures. The platform is intended to use cryptocurrencies as the base currency in which investors can place money into equities.
Voyager is expected to bring into the new venture the ability to execute equity trades on behalf of its licensed brokerage, utilizing cryptocurrencies as the base currency in which the equities trades are conducted. On the other hand, Market Rebellion will introduce its large active trading community to the new entity.
The business will be funded equally by both parties, effectively making the two fintech firms co-founders. The arrangement is subject to approval by FINRA.
