Aris Mining (TSX: ARIS) this morning confirmed that it remains on track to meet current guidance for 2025, which calls for gold production of between 230,000 and 275,000 ounces. The confirmation follows the release of H1 production results.
Aris in the first half of the year produced 113,415 ounces of gold based on preliminary figures released this morning, which follows the second quarter seeing production of 58,652 ounces of gold, a 7% improvement over the 54,763 ounces produced in the first quarter.
Broken out, Segovia is said to have accounted for 51,527 ounces of gold production, an 8% improvement from 47,549 ounces in the first quarter, which is credited to gold grades improving from 9.37 to 9.85 grams per tonne. While Marmato is said to have produced 7,125 ounces of gold in the second quarter, down from 7,214 ounces in the prior quarter, a result of recoveries slipping from 91.7% to 90.2% while grades held steady.
Gold sales in the second quarter meanwhile are said to have totaled 61,024 ounces, which is a 12% improvement on a quarter over quarter basis from Q1.
Gold production in 2025 is said to be weighted to the second half of the year, which is a result of increased milling capacity at Segovia.
Aris Mining last traded at $9.47 on the TSX.
