Digihost Replaces CFO Two Weeks After Replacing Auditor

Digihost Technology (TSXV: DGHI) this morning announced the replacement of its chief financial officer. Effective today, the company will see Paul Ciullo appointed to the role of CFO, with justification for the replacement and departure of the prior CFO not provided.

The new CFO will reportedly be based out of New York, despite the company listing Toronto as its head office. Ciullo reportedly holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York College, as well as an MBA from Pennsylvania State. His LinkedIn profile indicates he is also currently the CFO for CannAmerica Brands Corp (CSE: CANA), PODA Technologies, and S Cube inc.

The announcement follows the news issued by the company two weeks ago that it has changed its auditor from Clearhouse LLP to that of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as of April 12.

The company has not yet indicated that its fourth quarter financial results will be delayed, despite the changing of its CFO and auditor in the last several weeks. The firms financial results are due as of April 30, 2021.

Digihost Technology last traded at $1.79 on the TSX Venture.
