Joining us for our mid-week episode of the Daily Dive, is that of Adam Berk, CEO of Driven By Stem (CSE: STEM). Adam joins us today to discuss the integration between Driven Deliveries and Stem Holdings, the recent financial results of the company, Stem’s strategy for the state of Michigan, and the potential for expansion into limited license states.
Driven By Stem, formerly referred to as Stem Holdings, is a multi-state operator in the US. The company recently closed the acquisition of Driven Deliveries, making it the only vertically integrated cannabis company controlling its operation from “seed through to doorstep,” thereby controlling every aspect of the supply chain. The company currently has operations across six states, with an eye to further increasing that figure by launching delivery services in additional states.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Driven By Stem is a client of Canacom Group, the parent company of The Deep Dive. The company has been compensated to cover Driven By Stem on The Deep Dive, with The Deep Dive having full editorial control. Not a recommendation to buy or sell.
