Else Nutrition Expands Distribution Of Products Via PlantX Platform

Else Nutrition (CSE: BABY) has partnered with that of PlantX Life (CSE: VEGA) as of this morning. The company will see its plant based baby food formula sold on PlantX’s online ecommerce platform for plant based products.

The additional of plant-based baby food is a natural fit for PlantX, whom will see a new vertical added to its platform with the addition of Else’s products. The platform will make the products available for sale across the United States, as both firms look to expand their distribution and product offerings to consumers.

The baby food and infant formula market across North America is expected to reach US$16.6 billion by 2025, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 5.5% over the oncoming years. The new vertical for PlantX is expected to enable the company to grab a portion of the growing market, especially as consumers are increasingly more focused on the quality and impact of the food they are consuming.

“Joining this innovative online platform solely dedicated to plant-based companies aligns perfectly with our mission to bring clean label and sustainable plant-based options for parents to nourish their infants.”

Hamutal Yitzhak, CEO and co-founder of Else Nutrition

In addition to the firms ecommerce platform, PlantX is currently in the process of opening brick and mortar locations in San Diego, CA, Squamish, BC, and Tel Aviv, Israel, which will present further opportunities for the distribution of Else’s baby food products.

Else Nutrition last traded at $3.87 on the CSE, while PlantX last traded at $1.30.
