F3 Uranium Intersects 50.1% U3O8 Over 4.5 Metres
F3 Uranium (TSXV: FUU) has hit high grade uranium under its latest drill program. The company released results this morning from hole PLN24-176, which is said to represent the best hole drilled to date at the JR Zone at its PLN property.
Highlights from the results include:
- PLN24-176: 30.9% U3O8 over 7.5 metres, from a depth of 196.0 metres
- Including 42.2% U3O8 over 5.5 metres
- And including 50.1% U3O8 over 4.5 metres
The results released are said to consist of true widths. The hole is said to have been collared 14 metres up-dip from hole PLN24-137, which intersected 3.2% U3O8 over 15.0 metres under the same drill program.

“These results from PLN24-176 emphasize the need for tightly spaced drilling in these high grade basement hosted structurally controlled uranium deposits, which can often result in opening up additional targeting areas for high grade mineralization; in this case in the up-dip direction,” commented Sam Hartmann, VP of Exploration for F3.
Three other drill holes conducted under the program, PLN24-166, PLN24-167, and PLN24-168 meanwhile were revealed this morning to have hit no significant exploration.
F3 Uranium last traded at $0.235 on the TSX Venture.
