Fire & Flower Surpasses Fiscal Year Projections of Cannabis Retail Locations

Fire & Flower Holdings Corp (TSX: FAF) has announced it has surpassed its end-of the-year projections by opening up 9 additional new stores well in advance of February 2020. The additional openings bring the company’s total store count to 46, which is in excess of the fiscal year end target of 45 open and operating locations for the firm.

The new retail stores that the company has recently opened are all located in various cities across Alberta. Currently, Fire & Flower mainly focuses on emerging private retail opportunities predominantly in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Yukon Territory. However, the company has also recently been shifting its focus towards opening retail locations in Ontario in wake of the province’s newly open cannabis licensing process.

Fire & Flower operates cannabis stores across Canada, with a focus on providing its customers with cannabis products through education-based retailing. In addition, the company also employs the digital platform Hifyre, which provides consumers with customized products.

Fire & Flower is currently trading at $0.98 on the TSX.
