Freeman Gold Moves To TSX Venture, Delists From CSE

Freeman Gold Corp (CSE: FMAN) announced this morning its move to shift big boards. The mining firm will be trading its shares on the TSX Venture Exchanges starting February 8, 2022.

The company will still retain its ticker symbol “FMAN”. Shareholders aren’t expected to take any necessary action and the firm’s shares will still trade in its other exchanges such as OTCQB Marketplace and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The move is expected to “increase the company’s visibility in the capital markets both domestically and globally.”

Following the shift, the firm will delist its shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange effective today.

Freeman Gold last traded at $0.49 on the CSE.
