Garibaldi Resources Adds Mark Scott to its Executive Team
Garibaldi Resources (TSXV: GGI) has announced that Mark Scott will be taking on the position of Vice President of Corporate Development as well as joining the company’s board of directors effective immediately.
Previously, Mark Scott was employed with Vale Canada Ltd as the General Manager of Human Resources and Sustainability, and then in the latter part of his career he became Vice President. As the Vice President of Vale Canada, he oversaw all operations at the company’s mining facility in Thompson, Manitoba. Prior to his career at Vale Canada, he also held the Manager position at the Thompson Nickel Refinery.
Mark Scott’s educational attainment includes a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained at Dalhousie University, followed by a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto. He also has a Master’s Certificate from the Schulich School of Business in Project Management.
