GoGold Hits 17.2 Metres of 186 G/T Silver Equivalent At Los Ricos North

GoGold Resources (TSX: GGD) released additional assay results from its ongoing drill program at the Los Ricos North project this morning. With a total of eight holes seeing results released this morning, the company highlighted 17.2 metres of 186 g/t silver equivalent in hole LRGT-20-46 within the release this morning.

Mineralization from the highlight value includes 70 g/t silver and 1.55 g/t gold, which was intersected at a depth of 147.9 metres.

The results this morning come from the La Trini deposit of the Los Ricos North property, where two drill rigs are currently in operation. As a whole, the company has six rigs on site at the project, including three at the Salomon-Favor target, and 1 at the El Orito target. An additional two rigs are also enroute to site, however the focus of those two drills was not indicated this morning.

Outside of the highlighted drill result, the company provided commentary on two other holes that produced notable results. This includes hole LRGT-20-048 which hit 29.8 metres of 90 g/t silver equivalent at a depth of 49.5 metres, with mineralization consisting of 54 g/t silver and 0.48 g/t gold. It also included hole LRGT-20-044, which hit 5.0 metres of 147 g/t silver equivalent via 122 g/t silver and 1.96 g/t gold at a depth of 34.8 metres.

The remaining results, as seen above, were less notable however mineralization was hit in each hole reported. Four holes were not reported on in the press release as a result of insignificant mineralization being found.

GoGold Resources last traded at $1.56 on the TSX.
