Trading in Hive common shares is to commence on the Nasdaq at the open of markets on Thursday, July 1. The company has also disclosed its symbol, with the firm set to trade under the ticker “HVBT”.
The announcement this morning is in connection with the announcement two weeks ago, wherein the company indicated it had received approval to trade on the US big board yet provided no details. At the time, it was assumed the company would trade under a similar symbol to that of its Canadian listing. The company has previously indicated that it intends to remain listed on the TSX Venture in Canada as well.
Hive Blockchain last traded at $2.90 on the TSX Venture.
