Kontrol Energy Files Four Patent Applications For BioCloud Tech
Kontrol Energy Corp (CSE: KNR) this morning announced that it has successfully filed four patents in relation to its BioCloud technology that it has developed for the detection of COVID-19 in the air. Three patents were filed within the US, while the fourth was filed in Canada.

Little detail on the patents was released with this mornings announcement, aside from the company identifying that the patent was filed under the name “SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING AIRBORNE PATHOGENS.” While the patent applications have been filed, it should be noted that the patents have yet to be awarded to the company.
The patents are said to address certain key attributes of the tech developed by Kontrol Energy, focused around a combination of continuous air quality monitoring, and what is said to be a proprietary detection chamber that targets and identifies airborne pathogens. Little else was provided by the company in terms of details, given the nature of the patent application status.
Kontrol Energy last traded at $3.57 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
