Market Movers: American Aires

American Aires Inc (CSE: WIFI) was one of the top market movers on Monday with over 1.2 million shares trading hands during the day’s session. The equity closed up six cents at $0.66, for a 10% gain on the day following the high volume that it experienced.

The increased volume on Monday appears to be the result of a news release issued by the firm, identifying its roll out of products related to 5G technology. Four new key products are set to hit the market to coincide with the roll out of 5G cellular technology across North America, with the first products arriving on store shelves in the second quarter of 2020.

American Aires is focused on developing products that protect people from the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation. The company has purportedly developed a product that transform the “electromagnetic field haze” emitted by common electronics such as routers and cell phones into a more “biologically compatible form.”

The company currently markets three products intended for consumers that reduce the electromagnetic radiation emitted by common every day items through the use of patented technology. With pricing ranges from $71.69 to that of $378.00, the products are designed to suit a swathe of products from large to small. The smaller variant is intended for individual devices, such as cell phones, microwave ovens and tablets, whereas larger variants are intended for personal protection from radiation emitted from power lines, and cellular towers. The largest and most expensive version is intended for personal protection against radiation from WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and other RF sources.

So, how does it work? According to the FAQ section of the American Aires website, each device contains a microprocessor and resonator antenna that somehow reduces the adverse effect of electromagnetic radiation.

When an electromagnetic impulse from an electronic device is perceived by the resonator antenna, as soon as the harmful charge has accumulated it is automatically redirected to the Aires microprocessor, then a surface wave is created. The microprocessor generates a three-dimensional structure with a regularly alternating maxima and minima of field intensity. The resulting hologram interacts with external radiation, harmonizing it with the body’s radiation, thus preventing a battle between external radiation and the radiation from the body’s cells. Since humans simply cannot break dependency on technology, technology that offers protection against technology is the way of the future.

Does it actually work? Well, we’ll let you decide that. The company managed to generate $138,207 in revenues last quarter, with the current fiscal year seeing revenues of $477,172. American Aires however posted a loss of $389,599 last quarter, and is currently sitting at a loss of $1.2 million for the full fiscal year.

American Aires last traded at $0.64 on the CSE.
