New Found Gold Intersects 106.46 G/T Gold Over 9.15 Metres At Keats
New Found Gold (TSXV: NFG) has released drill results from ten additional holes that were conducted at its flagship Keats Zone at the Queensway project in Newfoundland. Highlights from the program include 106.46 g/t gold over 9.15 metres within hole NFGC-21-112.
Drill results released this morning come from the ongoing 200,000 metre exploration campaign currently being conducted at the firms property. The latest drill holes were focused on infilling between the firms deepest interval to date and near surface high grade results up-plunge.
Highlight results from the latest release include:
- NFGC-20-74: 32.27 g/t gold over 2.00 metres, 3.36 g/t gold over 21.35 metres, and 45.59 g/t gold over 4.05 metres
- NFGC-21-85: 49.41 g/t gold over 2.95 metres
- NFGC-21-119: 15.57 g/t gold over 6.95 metres
- NFGC-21-122: 24.75 g/t gold over 1.90 metres, 69.15 g/t gold over 14.90, with the latter including 106.46 g/t gold over 9.15 metres
Current drilling at the property is now focused on extending the zone down-plunge, testing additional zones of mineralization which includes footwall veining, and providing further definition of mineralization near surface.
