Newcore Gold Drills 1.98 G/T Gold Over 25.0 Metres At Enchi Project

Newcore Gold Ltd. (TSXV: NCAU) announced this morning drill results from its 100% owned Enchi gold project in Ghana. The results highlighted an assay result of 1.98 g/t gold over 25.0 metres.

The results come from 42 drill holes covering 4,890.5 metres, which includes 28 reverse circulation drill holes and 14 diamond drill holes. About 39 out of 42 drill holes intersected gold mineralization.

Highlights from the drill results include:

  • SWRC164: 1.98 g/t gold over 25.0 metres
  • SWRC160: 2.14 g/t gold over 18.0 metres
  • SWRC152: 5.84 g/t gold over 6.0 metres
  • ERDD020: 0.89 g/t gold over 47.8 metres

The ongoing drill program at the property, which covers 90,000 metres, has been upsized following the recent completion of its $11.5 million equity financing. The firm anticipates the program to be completed in Q2 2022.
