Novo Resources To Uplist To Toronto Stock Exchange January 4, 2021
Novo Resources (TSXV: NVO) has been granted final approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange to graduate from the TSX Venture. Following the previous announcement of conditional approval, the company will now see its listed common shares, as well as its listed common share purchase warrants, move to the TSX effective January 4, 2021.

As always, shareholders will not be required to take any action in connection with the listing transfer. The firms shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture as of the close of trading today, with the listing being automatically transferred as of the market open on January 4, 2021.
The firm will continue to see its shares listed on the OTC Markets under the symbol “NSRPF,” with the change not affecting the trading in these shares. Furthermore, the company also announced this morning that its fiscal year end has been moved to December 31 from that of January 31, to align it more with its peers.
Novo Resources last traded at $2.39 on the TSX Venture.
