Numinus Wellness To Conduct $30 Million Bought Deal
Numinus Wellness (TSXV: NUMI) this morning announced that it will be raising funds again. The latest round being conducted by the company will look to raise $30.0 million in a bought deal offering lead by Eight Capital and Canaccord Genuity.
The financing will see units of the company sold at a price of $1.25 per unit, with each unit containing one common share and one half of a common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance, with an exercise price of $1.75 per share. An over-allotment option has also been granted.
Proceeds from the financing are to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The financing is currently slated to close March 18, 2021.
Numinus Wellness last traded at $1.40 on the TSX Venture.
