Premier Health Strengthens Management and Advisory Teams
Premier Health Group (CSE: PHGI) is strengthening its management team. The firm this morning announced that it has appointed Dr. David Ostrow as Chief Medical Officer of the firm, while Mona Elesseily will be joining Premier’s advisory board as a digital marketing strategist.
Dr. Ostrow is a seasoned professional within the medical field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team at Premier Health. Ostrow previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, as well as interim CEO for the Fraser Health Authority. His previous experience within these roles will be relied upon to form meaningful relationships and liason for Premier Health with that of local health authorities. Ostrow retired from medical practice in 2016, and now serves as a Professor of Medicine at the University of British Columbia.
Mona Elesseily is an expert in digital marketing, with a focus on online marketing, direct marketing, and customer acquisition. As the Vice President of Page Zero Media, she has worked with numerous national and international brands to craft their digital marketing strategy. In the past she’s worked with household names to improve online marketing performance, which include brands such as Capital One, Princess Auto, Sony One, and the Jim Pattison Group. Mona will be joining Premier Health as the firms digital marketing strategist, focusing on developing a holistic marketing strategy.
The two new additions to Premier Health’s management and advisory roles are expected to assist in propelling the firm forward as they look to expand commercialization of their healthcare focused software. The strengthened team is expected to assist Premier’s strategy of driving user growth for Premier Health’s patient portal and telemedicine app.
Premier Health last traded at $0.36 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
