For the final episode of this week of The Daily Dive, we are joined by Ben Nikolaevsky, CEO of Pure Extracts (CSE: PULL). Ben joins us this afternoon to discuss Pure’s announcement on Thursday, wherein they revealed they have entered into the US market via an LOI for a joint venture agreement in Michigan.
The joint venture arrangement will see the company partner with an undisclosed publicly traded multi state operator. Under the arrangement, the company is to install a cannabis and hemp extraction system within an existing Michigan facility. The MSO, whom is unnamed, has a track record of success in Oregon while also producing products in Michigan for distribution to over 100 dispensaries.
