Red White & Bloom Obtains Regulatory Approval For Platinum Vapes In Arizona
Red White & Bloom (CSE: RWB) has finally launched its Platinum Vape products into the state of Arizona. Originally slated to begin sales last quarter, the launch was delayed with the firm just now receiving regulatory approval to proceed with its planned expansion.
The move into the Arizona market by Platinum Vapes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Red White & Bloom, was initially announced in early October. The company has managed to enter agreements with a third party multi state operator within the state to sell the products.
Under the terms of the arrangement, the subsidiary has entered into a services agreement and a sublease arrangement with a leading MSO in the state, with Platinum operating a 6,000 square foot licensed facility to produce branded products. Approval for this planned expansion has now been received.
The initial launch of product is to occur in sixteen dispensaries across the state, with the product mix reportedly containing indica, sativa, hybrid, and various CBD:THC ratio vape products. Despite its name, the company will launch product lines consisting of vapes, darts, gummies and chocolates as well as premium flower.
Red White & Bloom last traded at $1.72 on the CSE.
