Skylight Health Appoints Chief Financial Officer

Skylight Health Group (TSXV: SHG) this morning appointed Andrew Elinesky to the role of CFO of the company. Notably, it is unclear whom was performing the duties of chief financial officer prior to the appointment, with no financial officer listed on the firms website or investor presentation.

Elinesky reportedly has had a long career in the field of finance, having served as the CFO of multiple public operators. Most notably is the role of SVP and CFO at McEwen Mining, a large operator that had operations in multiple jurisdictions where Elinesky reportedly assembled four equity financings and performed a handful of M&A transactions. Most recently he appears to have served as CFO for Killi, which is unmentioned in today’s release.

Elinesky holds a Bachelors of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford University, while also holding CPA, CGA, and FCCA designations.

Skylight Health Group last traded at $1.59 on the TSX Venture.
