Snowline Gold Hits 466 Metres Of 1.12 g/t Gold At Valley

Snowline Gold (TSXV: SGD) continues to hit long intervals of gold mineralization at its Valley deposit in the Yukon. The company this morning released drill results from multiple holes conducted at the property.

Highlights from the results include:

  • V-24-105: 1.12 g/t gold over 466.6 metres from a depth of 3.4 metres
    • Including 2.07 g/t gold over 154.0 metres from a depth of 124.0 metres
  • V-24-111: 1.05 g/t gold over 403.6 metres from a depth of 3.3 metres
    • Including 1.90 g/t gold over 103.0 metres from a depth of 182.0 metres

Both drill holes are said to have been conducted as infill holes in gaps along the margins of the near surface core of the deposit. Assay results meanwhile are expected to assist in upgrading, de-risking, and potentially expanding areas of the mineral resource estimate for Valley.

Assay results from five drill holes were also released from the Aurelius zone at the Rogue project, where results have confirmed the presence of gold mineralization. Drilling tested a small physical footprint within a broader zone of alteration observed on surface. The source of alteration however was not intersected by drilling, with much of the target said to remain untested.

Highlight results from Aurelius include:

  • AU-24-002: 0.63 g/t gold over 10.1 metres from a depth of 99.0 metres
  • AU-24-004: 4.43 g/t gold over 1.5 metres from a depth of 59.0 metres

Assay results from 17 holes remaining outstanding, with those holes having been conducted at the Valley and Jupiter targets.

Snowline Gold last traded at $5.32 on the TSX Venture.
