Tesla Reports 495,570 Deliveries In Q4

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) this morning published the production and delivery results for its fourth quarter of 2024, highlighted by deliveries of 495,570 vehicles.

On the production side, the fourth quarter saw 436,718 Model 3/Y’s produced, while 22,727 Other Models were produced, with total production hitting 459,445 vehicles. For all of 2024, 1,679,338 Model 3/Y’s were produced, along with 94,105 vehicles in the Other Models category, for total production of 1,773,443 vehicles.

Deliveries in the fourth quarter consisted of 471,930 Model 3/Y vehicles, resulting in a difference of 35,212 vehicles between those produced and those delivered. Other Models totaled out at 23,640 delivered vehicles, a difference of 913 vehicles between those produced and those delivered. For the full fiscal year, 1,704,093 Model 3/Y deliveries occurred, while Other Models accounted for 85,133 deliveries.

Energy storage deployed for the quarter came in at 11.0 GWh, with Tesla stating that both deliveries and energy storage deployments both hit record highs. For the full year, energy storage deployments totaled 31.4 GWh.

Full financial results are slated to be released on January 29 after market close.

Tesla last traded at $403.84 on the Nasdaq.
