Video Surveillance Firm Maris-Tech Prices US$15.5 Million Nasdaq IPO

Video transmission technology provider Maris-Tech Ltd. (Nasdaq: MTEK) started trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market today. The Israel-based firm aims to raise US$15.5 million in its debut on the US big board.

The offering consisted of 3,700,477 common and pre-funded units. Each common unit is being offered at US$4.20 per unit and consists of one common share and one purchase warrant exercisable for US$5.25 per share. Each pre-funded unit is being offered at US$4.199 per unit and consists of one purchase warrant exercisable for US$0.001 per share and another purchase warrant exercisable for US$5.25 per share.

Aegis Capital Corp. serves as the sole bookrunner for the said offering. The underwriter was given a 45-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offering size.

The Israeli company’s B2B services range from drones and space solutions to homeland security and defense systems.
