Voyager Digital Files US$300 Million Preliminary Base Shelf Prospectus
Voyager Digital (CSE: VYGR) is evidently gearing up to raise funds. The company announced yesterday on Canada Day that the firm had filed a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus to raise gross proceeds of up to US$300 million.

While the company has not as of yet formally indicated that they will be conducting a raise, the preliminary prospectus enables the company to raise the funds over a 25 month period. Instruments that may be utilized for a financing include common shares, warrants, units, subscription receipts, rights, debt securities, or a combination of such instruments.
Commenting on the filing, the firms CEO Stephen Ehrlich commented that the company “does not need to raise capital at present,” but rather is being used to enable the firm to “take advantage of significant opportunities ahead.” Such opportunities reportedly including potential M&A and the uplisting of its equity.
The use of proceeds from the financings to be conducted under the preliminary prospectus are to be revealed at the time of the announced offerings.
Voyager Digital last traded at $21.17 on the CSE.
