WATCH: Toronto Region Flooded By Major Storm, Infrastructure Failing

Social media this afternoon has been inundated with footage of the flooding being experienced by Toronto today following heavy rains. Environment Canada has warned that the region could receive up to 125 millimeters of rain today, with up to 40 millimeters of rain falling per hour.
