WELL Health Technologies (TSXV: WELL) is set to up-list to the Toronto Stock Exchange in the new year. The healthcare technology firm announced this morning that it has received conditional approval from the TSX to upgrade its listing to the most active exchange in the country this morning.
In order for the listing to take affect, Well Health still has to meet several listing requirements which were not specified by the firm within this mornings press release. An announcement early in the new year is expected to be made related to the uplisting once all terms and conditions have been met.
Well Health is anticipating that the move to the TSX will occur at some point in January, with a specific date not yet being released for when the move is to occur. It is believed that the firms ticker will remain the same through the move, however this was not confirmed within this mornings press release.
Well Health last traded at $1.42 on the TSX Venture.
