Zentek To Begin Trading On Nasdaq Tomorrow

Zentek Ltd (TSXV: ZEN) is off to the big boards. The company this morning issued a brief release, announcing that its stock will soon begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market following the final approval to list that was granted earlier this month.

Following its registration statement being declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the firm is set to begin trading on the big board as of the market open tomorrow, March 22. The company is to trade under the symbol “ZTEK”.

The company expects the new listing to be “pivotal” in terms of raising further interest and awareness among the investment community. As a result, the firm is expecting increased liquidity following the listing as well as “greater exposure to institutional investors.”

No changes are expected for the firms TSX Venture listing.

Zentek last traded at $3.21 on the TSX Venture.
