Distribution of its products appears to remain a front and center focus for Zoglo’s Incredible Food Corp (CSE: ZOG). The company this morning indicated that it has again improved its retail footprint, with the announcement that its new Incredible product line is to be carried in 130 Metro Inc (TSX: MRU) supermarkets within Ontario.
The announcement comes just a week after the company revealed that it has partnered with two food distribution and professional sales firms, however it is unclear if the added distribution is related. Products offered under the new distribution deal are said to consist of twelve different plant-based food products in total, which consists of the firms entire Incredible lineup, set to launch in September.
While the initial arrangement is sizeable in nature at 130 retail locations, it appears there is room for significant expansion of the distribution agreement as well, given that the firm currently has a total of 950 food locations in Canada, of which 326 are found in Ontario and Quebec.
A timeline for products to hit store shelves was not provided.
