48North CFO Departs Company Effective Immediately

48North Cannabis (TSXV: NRTH) this morning attempted a new means of announcing the immediate departure of a chief financial officer. The news was contained within the midsection a long “letter to the shareholders” penned by the firms CEO.

David Hackett will be leaving the company immediately, with no explanation for the departure provided. Hackett had been with the company since the firms go-public transaction.

Taking his place on an interim basis will be that of Donnacha Rahill, whom most recently served as the CFO of Flow Capital Corp. Rahill will be taking on the role until a permanent replacement can be found, for which a formal search has begun.
