Eguana Technologies (TSXV: EGT) had a slight management shake-up this morning with the appointment of Hansine Ullberg to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Sonja Kuehnle, the former CFO, has resigned from her position and will remain with the company in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition.

Ullberg began her career at Ernst and Young, before graduating to roles in the capital markets, predominantly in the energy sector, and then opening her own accounting firm. She then transitioned to CFO roles within the energy services sector, serving with Variperm Energy Services among other names in the industry. Ullberg holds a CPA designation as well as a Master of Accountancy and Bachelors of Commerce, along with an ICD.D designation.

“We are excited with Hansine’s appointment and her considerable experience in planning and managing high growth companies and public capital markets expertise. She will play a key role in investor outreach and managing multiple revenue streams across several jurisdictions,” commented CEO Justin Holland before thanking Kuehnle for her time with the company.

The management change follows the company reporting its full year 2022 financial results, while posting record quarterly revenue of $10.4 million for the period ended December 31, 2022.

Eguana Technologies last traded at $0.17 on the TSX Venture.
