Emerald Health Therapeutics To Begin Trading On CSE April 27

Emerald Health Therapeutics (TSXV: EMH) has finalized the date on which it is to delist from the TSX Venture. The move to delist from the exchange is being conducted by the company as it looks to certain unrevealed opportunities within the US cannabis market.

Effective April 26 as of the closing of markets, Emerald Health will see its shares delisted from the TSX Venture. The company is then to transition its listing to the Canadian Securities Exchange, where it will begin trading effective April 27. The company is to maintain its trading symbol of “EMH”.

As previously mentioned, the transition to the CSE is being conducted as a means of enabling the firm to enter the US cannabis market as part of its “go-forward strategy.” Moving to the CSE will allow the company to take advantage of such opportunities south of the border, with the company stating that it intends to take its first step into that market “imminently.”

Emerald Health last traded at $0.25 on the TSX Venture.
