GoGold Intersects 145.0 G/T Silver Equivalent Over 53.4 Meters At El Orito

GoGold Resources Inc. (TSX: GGD) reported today the results from eight diamond drill holes at the El Orito area in its Los Ricos North project. The company was able to intersect 145 g/t silver equivalent over 53.4 metres among other results.

The highlights of the results include:

  • LRGO-21-027: 145.0 g/t silver equivalent (57.2 g/t Ag, 0.10 g/t Au, 0.24% Cu, 2.19% Pb, 0.16% Zn) over 53.4 metres, including
    • 376.2 g/t silver equivalent (150.0 g/t Ag, 0.06 g/t Au, 0.47% Cu, 7.07% Pb, 0.29% Zn) over 4.1 metres
  • LRGO-21-020: 330.6 g/t silver equivalent (168.1 g/t Ag, 2.02 g/t Au, 0.02% Cu, 0.16% Pb, 0.14% Zn) over 11.8 metres, including
    • 1,728.9 g/t silver equivalent (832.2 g/t Ag, 11.63 g/t Au, 0.05% Cu, 0.51% Pb, 0.21% Zn) over 1.8 metres

The company also highlighted that hole LRGO-21-020 yielded drill results with “high gold values, which differs from the base metal zones” the company has seen to date at El Orito.

GoGold relayed that the holes it has drilled so far at El Orito have shown mineralization averaging 30 metres in width over 700 metres in strike length and 200 metres in vertical depth from the surface. The site is presently open in all directions.
