Microsoft Buys Activision. Buy Microsoft?

This week Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) announced they are buying Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ: ATVI) for $95 per share in an all-cash transaction. Activision was recently in the media spotlight for sexual misconduct allegations including a lawsuit and Wall Street Journal expose that showed the companies culture was like a frat house.
